PERC will host indoor workout sessions starting next week on Thursday, January 11 @ 7:30PM. These sessions will be an hour long and are a great way to get in shape during the offseason. Expect them twice a week 7:30 to 8:30 PM. There is no cost to participate in these sessions nor do you need to be a member of Balance Gym to attend.
